Every teacher earns their place — before they ever meet your child.
We don’t just check a credential and call it done. Every Quran Reciter Academy teacher passes a multi-stage vetting process, then stays under ongoing review for as long as they teach here.
How we select every teacher
Most academies use vague adjectives. We use a rigorous, 6-step verification process to ensure your family is learning from the absolute best.
Credential Verification
We confirm every applicant’s Ijazah, university degree, or equivalent certification directly with the issuing institution — not just a photo of a certificate.
Live Recitation Assessment
Every applicant recites live and unscripted in front of our reviewers. Tajweed, fluency, and pronunciation are judged in real time — nothing pre-recorded.
Teaching Demonstration
Passing the recitation test isn’t enough. Applicants teach a mock lesson, evaluated for patience, clarity, and how they handle struggling students.
Background Check
Identity and background verification are completely cleared before an applicant is ever paired with a real student — not after.
Supervised Probation
A new teacher’s first classes are reviewed by our academic team before they’re confirmed as a permanent match, ensuring standard compliance.
Ongoing Review
Every class is recorded. Teachers are periodically re-reviewed, and parent feedback is acted on directly. This is a standing requirement.
What happens after hiring?
Passing our initial vetting is just the start. We address the gap that other academies ignore: maintaining excellence week after week.
